Experienced Accountant with Payroll Prep background needed for a company in Irwin ASAP!
SHIFT AND PAY RATE

SHIFT AND PAY RATE
- Flexible hours as long as 9-3: 30p is covered
- 40 hours available if desired 8-5p or less. Min of 32.5 hours required
- Monday through Friday
- $20.00 / hr raise upon hire
- Complete data entry, collect transactions, track debits, monitor the company's financial records
- Pay invoices, complete payroll
- Basic clerical office duties
- Previous bookkeeping experience
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Excel and Quickbooks
- Ability to work independently (and as part of a team), prioritize, and multitask
- Excellent verbal and written skills
- Strong work ethic and the ability to interact with customers in a friendly manner
- Paid vacation
- Yearly raises and bonuses
