Vision: The primary responsibility of a Recruiting Coordinator is to manage recruiting operations of one or multiple field offices. Recruiting Coordinators will be trained and considered for future leadership opportunities.
Responsibilities:
- Recruiting and employee management
- Directly manage day to day recruiting functions.
- Build a strong workforce through recruiting and retaining high performing employees.
- HR Functions and Administrative Functions
- Collaborate with Corporate Support and Local Districts to recruit, retain and coordinate a workforce to support our project and partners.
