Job Description

We are hiring for TradeWorX. TradeWorX is a Skilled Trades Contractor looking for experienced and motivated experts to join our team.
VisionThe primary responsibility of a District Manager is to manage sales operations and profit of one or multiple field offices.Currently, the District Manager(s) reports directly to the Vice President, while future layers of management will be put into place.District Managers will be trained and considered for future leadership opportunities.
Responsibilities:

Achieve budgeted revenue and profit goals through effective leadership and management of office personnel.
Manage and develop current and remote districts.
Collaborate with Corporate Support and Local Districts to recruit, retain and coordinate a workforce to support our project and partners.
Establish a culture that fosters, positive and productive working environment, while taking pride in your business with a fun an competitive spirit.

Management | Sales | Recruiting

Management
- Plan, control, and monitor office sales budget.
- Analyze financial and other data reports; recommend modifications to contain costs.
- Conduct office meetings as required.
- Create a culture of safety through preventative measures, training and a safety 1st mentality.
- Manage performance through clear goals, KPI’ s and provide training, coaching and feedback to develop team members
Sales
- Drive revenue with clients, and prospects
- Participate in marketing and business development activities.
- Direct and monitor activity and results of sales personnel.
- Build and foster client relationships for future work opportunities.
Recruiting
- Directly manage day to day recruiting functions
- Build a strong workforce through recruiting and retaining high performing employees.
