Job Description
An international leader in the manufacturing of fastening equipment is looking for a Quality Manager. This is a direct hire position. Immediate Need!
Pay:
95-110K Direct Hire.Benefits Available including 401K.Paid company holidays.
Responsibilities:
Direct the quality assurance and control for manufacturing to ensure that the quality of products adheres to company standards and protocols.Team with all departments to inspect and audit production as specified by each client need/product.Oversee improvements based on client feedback and audits and take corrective action.Manage the quality department for final inspection of all products. Manage and maintain personnel records for those involved in the quality department.
Qualifications:
Prefer a bachelor's degree.Will entertain a HS Diploma with at least 8 years experience in Quality.Should have working knowledge of CI policies and principles.Must have experience managing a group of employees.Must have excellent interpersonal skills.
