- Processing orders in ERP system
- Review orders
- Work with Order Entry team to ensure all orders are processed
- Assist with daily order filing
- Keep work area organized
- Maintain accuracy rate of 99.7% or above
- Other duties asked of you
Shift and payrate:
- Experience with an ERP system
- High diploma or GED
- Previous call-center and/or customer service experience (preferably in a manufacturing environment).
- Good typing skills
- Proficiency in MS Word and Excel
- Monday through Friday
- Overtime as needed
- $15-18/hr depending on experience
