Job Description:
- Paint large steel parts with high pressure paint guns
- Properly maintain all painting equipment
- Create and implement the best painting technique for the dock leveler application
- Active member on the launch team implementing the painting, welding, and assembly processes
- Accountable for every aspect of their work
- Verifies the process of painting the product meets all requirements.
Shift and payrate
- Monday through Friday
- 7am-3:30pm
- $15-25/hr based on interview and experience
MUST HAVES:
- Reliable transportation to and from job site
- Ability to pass background check and drug screen
- Highschool diploma or GED
- Ability to multi-task
- Complete tasks needed for the day
- SAP Preferred or other ERP system
- Versatile in performing different manufacturing tasks/duties.
- Ability to comprehend blueprints, schematics, and work specifications
- Physical ability to lift at least 25 pounds or more
- Experience with Lean, Six Sigma, Kaizen, Kanban, and 5S
- Analytical problem solve
