Responsibilities for Production Associate

• Perform tasks on the production line.
• Inspect and perform checks on production line.
• Remove machine handles from lenses.
• Examine finished lenses for defects.
• Support other areas in production as needed.
• Package and ship completed eyeglasses orders.
• Maintain clean and safe working environment and prioritize safety of self and peers at all times.

Requirements for Production Associate

• Prefer experience in optometry setting. 
• Manufacturing experience strongly preferred but not required.
• Ability to stand and/or walk in lab for upwards of 8 hours a day.
• Ability to lift up to 30 lbs and bend, twist and crouch as needed.
• Flexible, proactive, resourceful, and efficient while maintaining professionalism always.
• Inclination for learning new systems and applications a plus.
• Openness to cross training and supporting other areas of the business.
• Committed to collaboration and teamwork.
• Ability to thrive in a dynamic environment.
