TradeWorX is seeking a Recruiter within our Security Division with relevant experience to join our team!
This is a part-time position with potential to lead into a full-time position.

Objectives of this role:
- Work closely with Management to gain a comprehensive understanding of our hiring needs for every security officer role, and to meet competitive hiring goals and expectations.
- Manage your recruiting efforts across a variety of open security officer roles, helping to find quality candidates.
- Foster established relationships using a database of qualified candidates to choose from when positions become open.
- Remain active with job boards, social networks, and platforms for finding quality candidates, and create and post job descriptions and announcements
Responsibilities:
- Write and post job descriptions on relevant platforms.
- Utilize multiple recruiting sources to find quality candidates.
- Screen resumes and manage job candidates throughout interview process
- Maintain database of candidate records, including active and passive prospects
- Other tasks as assigned
