Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise and lead onsite security officers during assigned shifts.
- Schedule, train, coach, and mentor security personnel.
- Ensure all posts are properly staffed and officers arrive on time and in proper uniform.
- Conduct post inspections and ensure compliance with company and client policies.
- Complete incident reports, shift reports, and daily activity logs accurately and on time.
- Respond to incidents, emergencies, and customer concerns professionally.
- Coordinate with client management and Gregg Protection leadership regarding operational needs.
- Promote a culture of professionalism, accountability, and exceptional customer service.
- Assist with recruiting, onboarding, and training new security officers when needed.
Qualifications:
- Previous security supervisory or leadership experience preferred.
- Security, military, or law enforcement experience is a plus.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to remain calm and make sound decisions in high-pressure situations.
- Reliable transportation and dependable attendance.
- Ability to work flexible schedules, including nights, weekends, and holidays when required.
- High School Diploma or GED required.
