Field Service Tech, in a Direct Hire role.

As a Field Service Technician, you will serve as onsite support for clients. This position is responsible for providing network administration, server support and end-user support – from solving problems, to making changes, to proactive and preventative maintenance, to reactive support.

Salary & Compensation:
- $40,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year based on experience

Primary Responsibilities:
- Installing, managing, configuring and troubleshooting software on desktops and laptops, servers, firewall security appliance
- User account maintenance: adding new user accounts; setting-up new user desktop profiles and mail profiles; deleting user accounts; and resetting passwords.
- Computer setup: setting up and connecting new computers, installing software, setting-up user profiles, migrating profiles and data.
- Normal working hours are Mon – Fri, 8 AM – 5 PM however, candidate must be able to work after hours and weekends as scheduled with overtime pay.
- Must have strong work ethic, professional appearance, sharp communication skills, and experience dealing with corporate client

Desired Qualifications:
- Associate or Bachelor’s degree in technical field is preferred
- 3+ yrs. experience supporting multiple customers via phone or in the field
- 1 year customer service
- Strong troubleshooting skills
- Microsoft Certification a plus
